Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

This is the 3rd of several old farmworkers' houses on a large country estate which have been sympathetically restored to create pleasant and comfortable holiday homes whilst managing to retain the buildings' beautiful original Asturian style and features. Also see ZU0007 Max 4 and ZU0003 Max 8. Thishouse is on a hillside and has fantastic views of the valley below and the Picos mountains in the distance, and its nearest neighbour is some 300m away. There are fantastic walking opportunities here and, as well as an abundance of marked tracks, horses are also kept on the estate so riding can be arranged (charge payable) as well as free trout fishing.

Small but well equipped kitchen has f/freezer, m/wave & w/machine. Lovely living room has fireplace with insert, tv/dvd & spiral, open tread stairs to upper level. En-suite twin bedrm with bath/shower/wc & hairdryer. 1st floor twin bedrm has large balcony with wonderful views and an en-suite bath/shower/wc. C/heating. Open grounds have garden furniture & bbq.

There is a £5 supplement per night for stays between 28 and 31 March.

Prices in black are for 2 people. They include property rental for 1 week and return ferry crossings on selected sailings to Spain, for a standard car and a 4 berth inside cabin with en suite facilities each way.
