Description of Accommodation
This pleasant fishing town and resort west of Santander is a short drive from the Picos de Europa mountains and centres around colourful quays. With sandy coves a short distance away, it is sheltered from the open sea by a headland of dramatic cliffs and is a fast expanding coastal resort that is a busy holiday centre in July and August. It has many seafood restaurants and a variety of attractive shops, plus a medieval quarter of charming old houses as well as the popular Paseo de San Pedro promenade above El Sablon beach.
The Apartamentos Bocamar are in an elegant building with lift (to 2nd floor only) which overlooks the harbour, close to the town centre. There are no private parking facilities but there is free street parking in the vicinity. The 9 apartments are on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd (attic) floors and all have a kitchen (hob, oven, f/freezer, m/wave & w/machine), living room with tv, bathroom/wc, electric heating and views of the harbour/sea.
Max: 4 - Apartment on 1st, 2nd or 3rd (attic) floor with double and twin bedrooms.
