Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

This lovely split level house is in the quiet hamlet of Parres just south of Llanes, a lovely coastal holiday resort that is busy in summer. The nicely furnished interior is bright and spacious and the owner paints the exterior a different bright colour every year to complement the well tended garden. The surrounding countryside is scenic and peaceful although there are superb beaches within just a short drive so you really do have the best of both worlds staying here.

Open plan living room has tv, doors to terrace, kitchenette with f/freezer, m/wave & w/machine and 4 steps up to bath/shower/wc and 3 bedrms - 2 twins, (1 with sgle bed and pull out bed beneath) & 1 dble with en suite bath/shower/wc. Large 1st floor mezzanine has comfortable extra sitting area with tv on raised platform (unsuitable for toddlers). Stairgate. 6 portable heaters. Enclosed garden with terrace, furniture and bbq.

There is a £154 supplement for arrivals between 24 and 30 March.
