Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

In a quiet setting alongside the road as you drive into the quiet farming hamlet of Piedra, this end of terrace holiday home is one in a row of 4, each separated by a large hedge for privacy within large enclosed grounds. Although simply furnished for holiday living, it has the added benefit of a shared swimming pool - a real plus when the weather is hot and an ideal way to cool down after a long day visiting this lovely region. The market town of Posada de Llanes is just a short drive and the popular coastal resort of Llanes is only a little further.

Living room with fitted kitchen area (f/freezer, w/machine, 4 ring hob & m/wave - no oven), small sofa & tv. 1 dble bedroom with tv & 1 twin. Bath/shower/wc. C/heating. Garden with terrace, furniture & bbq. The Pool: 5m x 4m & 1.5m deep. Fenced and unheated it is shared with 3 other holiday homes. Open mid June-mid Sept, subject to weather.

There is a £138 supplement for arrivals between 24 and 30 March.
