Description of Accommodation
Villanueva de Pria is a small farming village well known in Asturias for its cheese production. Close to the coast & the lovely Cuevas del Mar beach, this charming house backs onto the owners' house and is an attractively furnished holiday home in a lovely setting. To the west and worth a visit is Ribadesella, a town of two halves - the beach on one side and the old town & fishing harbour on the other.
Pleasant living room has fitted kitchenette (m/wave), woodburner, tv & stairs to 1st floor. 2 steps up to small, independent sitting area leading to shower room/wc with hydro-massage shower & w/machine. Twin & dble bedrms. 1st floor has comfortable sitting area, 2 twin bedrms & shower room/tub/wc. 3 portable heaters. Charming large enclosed garden with trees, furniture & bbq. Car shelter.
There is a £283 supplement for arrivals between 24 and 30 March.
