Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

2k from the delightful coastal resort of Ribadesella with its lovely beach and promenade on one side of the river and dozens of cosy bars and restaurants on the other, is La Espina - a fairly spread out complex of 8 casas in a peaceful countryside setting. Casa Carmen 6 is semi detached to another house and is one of 4 that we feature (also see ZU0075 Max 5, ZU0076 Max 6 & ZU0093 Max 2/3). Each has its own private entrance and garden plus the use of a communal field with bbq and children's play area.

Living room with kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave & w/machine), fireplace & tv. 1st floor has dble and twin bedrms, bath/shower/wc and large balcony. 2 portable heaters. Small terrace with furniture and 4 steps down to enclosed garden.

There is a £203 supplement for arrivals between 24 and 30 March.

Prices in black are for 2 people. They include property rental for 1 week and return ferry crossings on selected sailings to Spain, for a standard car and a 4 berth inside cabin with en suite facilities each way.
