Description of Hotel El Ancla, Laredo
The Anchor is aptly named - there are dozens of anchors and other marine memorabilia scattered around this attractive hotel. It has a lovely garden with gorgeous bougainvillaeas, and is conveniently just a block away from the wide, curving sands of Laredo's pride and joy, the 3-mile long beach - Playa de Salvé. Laredo is a large, bustling resort, hugely popular with people from Madrid, Bilbao and the south of France - and it's easy to see why. Free street parking.

Prices in black are per person based on two sharing. They include B&B and return ferry crossings on selected sailings to Spain, for a standard car, 2 people and a 4 berth inside cabin with en suite facilities each way.

Ferry prices for holiday clients are greatly reduced therefore if you travel abroad for 7 nights or longer a minimum of 3 nights holiday accommodation for all members of the party must be booked.
