Description of Accommodation

Ideally situated between Santander and Santillana del Mar, Boo de Piélagos is an up and coming expanding residential area just off the main road and only 4k from Mogro's sandy beach & 9 hole golf course. There are numerous lovely coves and beaches along this coastline and the Picos de Europa mountains are also within easy driving distance so there is no shortage of places to visit when not relaxing. And for vibrant nightlife or shopoholics, Santander (12k) has plenty to offer.

An ideal family location, the Aparthotel Playa de Liencres is a modern 4 storey residence with 96 apartments, each with balcony, terrace or small garden. Staying here you benefit from the best of both worlds - the freedom and space of a holiday apartment plus all the extra services that a hotel can offer including a cafeteria as well as a restaurant, a spacious glass-domed lounge where musical events often take place, and a gym. Additionally there are 3 pools - indoor, outdoor (20m x 10m and 1.2m - 1.6m deep) and children's (5m x 5m and 40cms deep), the latter two open mid June-mid Sept, subject to weather - plus a laundry room, children's play area, free Wi-Fi in reception and a pleasant bar terrace with panoramic views where you can relax while the children enjoy the free summer club, (late June-September).
