Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

In an attractive setting up amongst the hills close to Potes, this lovely semi detached casa is on a small, split level complex of 12 apartments in one of the many small hamlets that make up an area known as Cabezón de Liébana. Surrounded by woodland 2k from the main road, it is next to another holiday home and the owners' house, slightly away from the pool and other accommodation. Superb on site facilities include attractive grounds, a small bar and dining room (limited menu), picnic areas and bbqs. Well equipped and spacious, the casa is furnished to an excellent standard.

Kitchen/diner (f/freezer & w/machine). Spacious living area has woodburner, tv & phone. Bath/shower/wc with hairdryer. 4 first floor bedrms - 1 dble with access to garden with furniture, 3 twins - & 2nd bath/shower/wc. C/heating. The Pool: 10m x 4m & 1.35m-1.8m deep. Fenced, unheated & shared with other guests, it's open June-Sept, subject to weather.

There is a £515 supplement for arrivals between 24 and 30 March.

Prices in black are for 2 people. They include property rental for 1 week and return ferry crossings on selected sailings to Spain, for a standard car and a 4 berth inside cabin with en suite facilities each way.
