Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

In a lovely setting, this unusual house is one of 6 identical chalets 25m apart within large private grounds bordering a stream in the small farming village of Espinilla. Built by a group of friends it was originally a holiday home for when they visited the nearby ski resort of Alto Campóo so has been comfortably furnished for holiday living. Nearby Reinosa, capital of the Campóo valley, has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and Spain's largest man-made lake, the Ebro reservoir, is worth the drive (20k) particularly if you are a keen water sportsman.

Raised ground floor living room features kitchen area (2 ring hob & m/wave only), fireplace, tv and stairs to 1st floor. Bath/shower/wc. Twin & dble bedrms on first floor. Spiral, open tread stairs to attic room with sgle bed. C/heating. W/machine in shed. Enclosed garden has furniture & bbq.

There is a £27 supplement per night for stays between 28 and 31 March.
