Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

Alongside a small road 1k from town, this charming casa is in a most enviable position overlooking the bay and fishing harbour below. On the 1st and 2nd floor of a large chalet - the ground floor apartment is independently owned and totally separate - this is a holiday home of a high standard and many of its rooms have access to a large, covered terrace that runs along the front of the house. Comillas is an expanding yet attractive resort with an old town of cobbled streets, one of the best beaches in Cantabria and, of course, the infamous El Capricho restaurant, a building designed by Gaudi - perfect for a family holiday or break.

Large living room with dining area, fireplace & tv. Fitted kitchen with f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer & w/machine. Bath/shower/wc. 2nd floor bath/shower/wc & 4 bedrms - 1 tple (dble & sgle beds) and 1 dble, both with en suite bath or shower room/wc, plus 2 twins. Steep ladder stairs to attic with 3 sgle beds. C/heating. Enclosed garden with furniture, bbq & splash/children's pool (4m x 2m and 80cms deep. Available Jul-Sept, subject to weather).

There is a £64 supplement per night for stays between 28 and 31 March.
