Description of Hotel La Colegiata, Santillana del Mar
Overlooking the picturesque village and rolling countryside, the Colegiata is a gentle stroll up from Santillana's centre. As well as the delights of the village, splendid sandy beaches such as Suances and Comillas are within easy reach by car, and there is a fantastic replica of the pre-historic Altamira caves nearby. The hotel has lots of charm and character along with lovely grounds that include an outdoor pool to relax alongside, as well as a restaurant/cafeteria with a fantastic panoramic view.
