This cruise starts from Glénac on the Nantes-Brest canal and a suggested route for 1 week trips takes you via Redon through to La Gacilly on the river Oust before returning to Glénac. For 2 week holidays you could cruise along the river Vilaine as far as Rennes, Brittany's vibrant capital - this stretch of the river takes you past some of the great beauty spots of the region near the port of Guipry-Messac. Or you could head south to the city of Nantes.

Brittany is a land of traditions with beautiful unspoilt scenery, charming towns and villages, and great history just waiting to be discovered. The waterways here are relaxing, dedicated entirely to pleasure cruising and take you through forests and valleys, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. You'll also find excellent seafood restaurants, delicious crêpes, savoury galettes and locally made cider.
