Our focus is always on providing excellent service to our customers so we're very proud when we receive awards that recognise how well we're doing just that.
With awards from industry experts, national newspapers and customer surveys, we value each and every one because they show that we're getting it right and push us to keep up the good work - as well as continuing to do everything we can to make our customers' experience with Brittany Ferries even better.
Here are some of the most recent awards we've won, not only for being the best cross-Channel ferry company, but also for our package holidays and our outstanding customer service.

British Travel Awards Silver Award winner for Best Ferry Operator.

Its 143 categories span all types of holiday experience, including transport, destination, cruise, customer service, holiday extras, and accommodation, with customers voting for the winners.
Telegraph Travel Awards 2013: Favourite Ferry Operator
The Telegraph's Commissioning Travel Editor Nick Trend commented: "French-run Brittany Ferries has been an enduring favourite with Telegraph readers, who consistently set it a notch above its rivals in previous surveys. Its long Channel crossings to Le Havre, Caen, Cherbourg, St Malo and Roscoff offer a very different experience from the express ferries between Dover and Calais, more of a short cruise than a ferry crossing, with a particular emphasis on good food. On some routes too, there are slower overnight crossings, which allow you to break the journey with a decent night's sleep after your meal. In short, readers know that when they cross over to Brittany or Normandy, they can break the drive with the most pleasant of sea-crossings."
