Brittany Ferries have teamed up with expert guides from Planet Whale and marine conservation charity ORCA to bring you a trio of big whale watching opportunities in June, July and August - but hurry spaces are limited!
Join us on board our luxury cruise ferry mv Pont-Aven as we sail a triangular route exploring mysterious deep waters that are only beginning to reveal their wild secrets. We will cruise through the English Channel, the 4000m deep Bay of Biscay, and the submarine canyons off the Spanish coast before landing briefly in Santander.

Mid-summer Dolphin Cruise: 16th June - 18th June 2010
Best time of the year to see large numbers of dolphins, with groups of several hundred frequently spotted!
Big Whale Cruise: 14th July - 16th July 2010
Mid July sees the arrival in the Bay of some of the largest whales on the planet, plus it’s great for dolphins, rare whales and even the possibility of Orcas!
Whale bonanza and ORCA Corker: 18th August - 20th August 2010
Help us to celebrate the tenth anniversary of whale and dolphin charity ORCA. Probably the most fun you can have whale watching, as you enjoy the August sunshine in the company of dolphins, whales, whale experts and a long, cool, drink!
On board you'll enjoy the kind of service and facilities normally only found on cruise ships, including leisure bar areas, stylish shopping malls, a wide choice of dining and superbly appointed en-suite cabin accommodation.
The perfect introduction to whale watching
A typical cruise includes sightings of the Fin Whale - the second largest whale on earth, Sperm Whale – made famous through the story of Moby Dick, Pilot Whales, and hundreds of dolphins racing in to the bow. On board your friendly guides will help you spot all kinds of amazing marine life, with deck watches, activities and wildlife presentations.
| Day 1 | At 10.45: Meet your guides outside on the heli-deck (deck 9) as the ship departs for Spain. Introduction to cruise followed by afternoon dolphin and seabird watch. |

| Day 3 | Final meeting and guided whale watching session, breakfast and then it's time to disembark at 09.30! |
