About Roscoff and Morlaix

Originally a charming, small Breton fishing village, Roscoff is a seaside town clustered around a small bay, with 16th century granite houses, local shops, and bars and restaurants. The old harbour is the best place to while away the hours while enjoying a drink with sea views. Read our Roscoff Guide. Alternatively go inland by bus or taxi and stay in Morlaix with its impressive viaduct, charming restaurants and cafes.

Should you decide to stay in Morlaix there are a few bus services from Roscoff to Morlaix town centre. A ticket costs around €2 per person and can be purchased from the driver. Alternatively you can take the train which is €5.40. Please be aware that there is no public transport available before 8.30 am and after 4pm so arrivals at 1900 and 2130 and the departure at 08.30 are not recommended unless you are willing to pay for a taxi which will cost you around €50.
