Prignac has the Pair non Pair grotto which has paintings. Bourg (5k), suspended on the edge of a cliff, has a terrace overlooking the Gironde.

Bourg is a lovely little place and the Sunday morning market is small but good. Blaye is also a lovely place, the Citadel worth giving time for its history & views.
