Lovely mid-terraced stone built property next to a crêperie and another house in the heart of a village noted as one of the most beautiful in France. Pretty living room furnished in a nautical style with exposed beams/stone walls, huge decorative fireplace, sofa bed, tv & kitchen area with m/wave & f/freezer. Wc. 1st floor bedrm with king size bed (m/wave) & shower/wc (w/machine, t/dryer). 2nd floor with a dble bedrm (tv), another bedrm with bunk beds & bathroom/wc. Both floors accessed via steep stairs. Travel cot. Electric heating. No garden, but there is a very pleasant beach and leisure area on the estuary of the Rance river just 150m away.

St Suliac holds a lively festival during the 1st weekend in August (no access by car, but free parking available just outside village).
