Country-style kitchen/dining room (terracotta floor, exposed beams, woodburner, f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine, t/dryer). Lounge in former vaulted stone cellar (cool in summer) with tv & padded benches with cushions. Dble bedrm (stone walls, beams, French window). Steep stairs to 1st flr (nice views) with bath/shower, wc & 2 bedrms - 1 dble, 1 with bunk beds. Gas fired c/heating. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Front & side garden with furniture. Linen charge is per person.

This peaceful retreat is a good base from which to visit Nice & the Riviera, the southern Alps, Eze & Villefranche.
