Shower room (w/machine). Small dble bedrm (low ceiling). Electric heating. Small garden with furniture, bbq & 2 sun loungers. Courtyard. Owners keep 2 sheep, chickens & ducks.

This is a lovely area for walking & cycling. The Drôme river runs 200m away where you can fish or take a refreshing swim.
