Spacious sitting/dining room with tv, folding dble bed, a futon, tv and kitchen area (d/washer, m/wave, f/freezer). Utility room (w/machine) shared with other gite. Pleasant shower room/wc. Lovely dble bedrm. 1st floor has 2nd shower/wc and a twin bedrm. Travel cot, high chair, baby bath, stairgate. Oil fired c/heating. Shared garden with furniture & bbq. The Pool: 10m x 5m and 1.2m to 1.8m deep. Fenced, open all year (weather permitting) and shared with owners and 2nd gite. No access after 8pm.

A lovely, peaceful area ideal for long walks. Owners have a lake 300m away where clients can fish.
