Sitting/dining room with woodburner, tv, dvd and kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine). 1st floor has shower room/wc and a dble & twin (narrow sgle beds) bedrm. Travel cot, high chair. Oil fired c/heating. Private lawn with garden furniture & bbq. Large, shared grounds with lake for fishing, swings and wonderful mountain views. The Pool: 12m x 6m with a constant depth of 1.5m. Heated and with safety cover. Shared with owners and open May to end Sept. Next to the pool is a 'Finnish Grill' for outdoor eating.

Fishing on site all year for roach, carp and crayfish - no permit required. This is also ideal for keen walkers with several footpaths leaving from the gite (see owners for maps).
