HF0451 Hotel Aux Tamaris, Roscoff

Facing the Ile de Batz, this convivial hotel is close to the village centre and a short distance from the local spa centre which specialises in wonderful seawater treatments. Totally refurbished in 2004, its friendly owners have created tastefully designed bedrooms, all with a nautical or country theme, and the lounge and breakfast room have views of the island. The beach is just a stone's throw away and in front there is a promenade - an ideal spot for relaxation. In and around the village there are various restaurants, bars and crêperies - a savoury or sweet crêpe (pancake) is lovely washed down with the local cider! There are coastal walks and little villages to visit in the surrounding area so its an ideal place for a 'get away from it all' break.
