The Gorges du Tarn are amongst the country's most spectacular natural sights - up to 500m deep in places and 1500m wide. Best explored on foot or by canoe, one of the prettiest parts can be viewed from the considerable comfort of the hotel - looking out over the river Tarn and the mountains beyond, it's a haven of peace and refinement. The accommodation is attractive and stylish and the charming restaurant has a good reputation locally. In summer you can also eat on the terrace and enjoy the views over the garden and river.
