Overlooking the medieval village of Corrèze, this magnificent 19thC mansion is surrounded by parkland and has a comfortable lounge bar, a stylish restaurant and an outdoor pool and tennis court. Nicely furnished, the bedrooms are a little old fashioned but very spacious and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The Limousin countryside is dotted with picturesque ancient villages to explore, the spectacular gorges of the Dordogne are but a short drive and there are many lakes and rivers nearby offering a variety of watersports. This is also excellent cycling country.
