It has a lovely garden with gorgeous bougainvillaeas, and is conveniently just a block away from the wide, curving sands of Laredo's pride and joy, the 3-mile long beach - Playa de Salvé. Laredo is a large, bustling resort, hugely popular with people from Madrid, Bilbao and the south of France - and it's easy to see why.
