And the result is El Rexacu, a friendly retreat with wooden floors, stone walls, fantastic views and a restaurant that serves local meat specialities, many of which include ostrich fresh from the family's nearby farm. The Picos is a popular area for outdoor pursuits so you can try your hand at anything from canoeing to horse riding or climbing or 4x4 exploration.
