Santiago de Compostela is northern Spain's most visited tourist attraction and the city is almost totally dedicated to tourism. Full of ecclesiastical buildings, its granite paved arcaded streets are full of café-bars, shops and restaurants and are a pleasure to stroll amongst. Close to the shopping centre and just 5 minutes from Santiago's historic old quarter, this newly opened hotel is stylish and modern and has just 21 rooms, most with a shower room/wc as opposed to a bath. There is a small tv lounge area in reception where free tea, coffee, soft beverages and an internet service are available at all times. A cold buffet breakfast is served and although there is no restaurant, there are many to choose from in the vicinity. There is a large underground public car park nearby and hotel guests benefit from a small reduction in price.
