Posada La Robla is a 19thC manor house that has been stylishly renovated by its proud architect owner to create a most attractive and comfortable hotel. Original features including thick stone walls and old wooden beams are in stark contrast to the modern glassed gallery that connects the main building to a more modern annexe, and bedrooms are furnished to a first class standard. Castañeda is a small village in the Pas valley, close to Puente Viesgo and its famous prehistoric caves and is just a short drive from both the coast and inland Cantabria.
