Pleasant sitting/dining room with kitchen area (d/washer), large fireplace, beams and French windows leading to shared courtyard. Shower room (w/machine). Wc. Twin bedroom with French windows leading to garden. Open tread stairs to two 1st floor bedrms - 1 small bedrm with 2 sgle pull-out beds and 1 dble bedrm. 2nd shower room. Cot < 2yrs, high chair, changing table. Oil fired c/heating. Large grounds with patio, garden furniture, bbq, sun loungers, badminton, table tennis & boules pitch.

The Nantes/Vannes dual carriageway is just 500m from here and gives easy access for touring this area with its many attractive towns and villages. If you are a golfer you must try the lovely 18 hole course at La Bretesche (300m).
