Detached, stone-built house in quiet hamlet. Entrance is via terrace through patio doors to sitting/dining room with fireplace, tv, hi-fi and kitchen area (d/washer, m/wave, f/freezer, w/machine). Steep, open tread stairs to 1st floor shower room/wc leading to two interconnecting bedrms - 1 twin and 1 with 2 narrow sgles joined together to make a king size bed. Cot < 3yrs, high chair, stairgate, changing mat, baby bath, potty. Electric heaters. Pleasant, enclosed garden with furniture, sun loungers and bbq.

When you pass into the old sector of the village of Guérande (10k) you will come across a maze of colourful streets, dead-end alleys, churches and squares. Your are also not far from the salty marshes of La Grande Brière where the famous Sel de Guérande is harvested.
