Attractive mid-terraced gite adjoining LA6035 Max 4 and empty building in a large park, close to a pine forest. Quiet setting on outskirts of village (shops 500m). Owners live next door. Comfortable sitting/dining area with pleasant country views, fireplace, tv, dvd and compact kitchen area (m/wave, small d/washer, w/machine, f/freezer). Wc. 1st floor has a lovely twin and dble bedrm both with an en suite shower room (no door). Travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Electric heating. Enclosed garden with lawn, terrace, furniture, bbq. Horse, 4 black sheep & goat in neighbouring field. Shared swings & slide. The Pool: 11m x 5m and 1.2m to 1.9m deep. Fenced & open May to Sept (closed every Sunday). Shared with owners & adjoining gite.

A market is held every Thursday in the local village of Frossay (500m).

The canal just down from Frossay is an excellent cycle track and an ideal spot for a picnic and fishing.

Excellent accommodation and a very relaxed atmosphere. We were blessed with wonderful weather so could make good use of the pool.
