Electric heating. Small garden with furniture, bbq. Bridge from side terrace leads to a little stream & waterfall (heard from outside gite). Children can swim in small pond at foot of waterfall.

Just 4k away are Montjean (Thursday market) & Chalonnes (Tuesday & Saturday market), both are lovely towns on the banks of the Loire river. Bicycle hire in La Pommeraye (3.5k).
