Travel cot < 3yrs, high chair. Gas c/heating. Garden (furniture, bbq, table tennis, 2 loungers). 4 mountain bikes for hire.

Fishing all year with permit in river l'Erve (50m) for blue bream & carnivorous fish. Permit can be purchased at the bakery (closed Monday) in St Jean sur Erve (4k) - 8.5 euros for a day and 31 euros for 2 weeks.
