Front terrace (furniture & bbq) & large open shared courtyard (basketball net, table football, swings, slide). The Pool: 12m x 5m and 0.9m - 1.9m deep. Fenced, unheated, shared with the 2 other gites. Open June - Sept.

Fishing on site in small private pond 80m away (without permit) for roach & perch and in the river Vendée (100m, with permit - 8 euros/day) for perch, pike, carp & eel.
