We had frequent visits from Felix the cat and the two dogs were very cute and we will miss them.

I enjoyed taking the dogs for a walk with Mme Rozier and trying to use the French I've learnt in conversation!

Madame Rozier lets us have some of her eggs and cidre - magnifique!

The gite was clean & comfortable & in a lovely rural location. The horses, their young foal & the donkey were a bonus attraction. We visited many of the attractions mentioned by earlier visitors. Falaise is an excellent town and the nearby Chateau Vendeuvre with its unusual water garden 'surprises' has to be seen.

The gite is really clean & comfortable & we soon settled in to make it 'home'. The sounds of countryside ensured good sleep at night and we particularly liked the church bells softly ringing. My husband is very interested in D Day & has read extensively on the subject so it was good for him to see all the places where history took place.

This is our 3rd visit to the gite and we are still finding new things to do, as well as revisiting old favourites. The swimming pool at St Lo with fume & rapids was a new & very welcome discovery for a birthday treat. There's a crêperie half way along the main street which welcomes families & serves great food.
