June 2006 Wildlife

A beautiful gite in peaceful surroundings. The garden holds all sorts of insects, birds and frogs! The deer were a lovely surprise.

We have had a wonderful comfortable stay in this beautiful charming gite. Many thanks for your warm welcome. We have had fantastic weather and this area is great for cycling with lovely tiny, quiet roads.

We've has a wonderful relaxing time in this comfortable and peaceful gite. The beautiful gardens do make it difficult to go further afield! Restaurant La Leurette at St Julien-le-Faucon serves excellent cuisine and is well worth a visit - particularly on a Sunday night when we had the place for ourselves.

This gite is a beautiful place, perfectly located, peaceful & enchanting. The Monday market at St Pierre and the lovely, historic town of Vimoutiers are worth a visit. Also, not to be missed is a canoe trek along the Suisse Normande.

Loved being so secluded and it was great knowing our two young boys could play outside safely - the sandpit, swings and see-saw were very much appreciated. We enjoyed taking the smaller D roads rather than the main roads and saw lots of lovely villages.
