Fitted kitchen with d/washer, m/wave & f/freezer. Bathroom (w/machine, t/dryer). Wc. 1st floor has shower/wc and 4 bedrms (good views) - 2 dbles (1 with king size bed) and 2 twins (1 with large sgle beds). High chair. Oil fired c/heating. Garden (at front & back of church) with furniture & bbq.

The exquisite park and gardens of the Château d'Acquigny are just 4k away.
