The wonderful abbey at Lessay (13k) dates from the time of William the Conqueror. There is also a 'fromagerie' here worth visiting.

Another very enjoyable stay at l'Embroiserie. Monsieur Roptin was again very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Great beaches, restaurants, bars, markets and shops. Would recommend Le Hamelinet restaurant - great food, excellent value, very welcoming and walking distance

A very enjoyable week's holiday. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and wonderful days out to the local towns & villages. A wonderful gite, great place, well kept house
