Large garden with lawn, furniture & bbq. The Pool: 12m x 6m and 0.6m to 2m deep with vortex. Fenced, shared with owner (rarely) and open mid May to mid Sept.

Fishing in river all year for pike, perch, trout & whitebait. A permit is required (30 euros for 15 days).
