Attractive semi-detached sgle storey gite next to PM4997 Max 4/5+, in quiet rural setting. Living room/kitchenette (m/wave & mini oven - no full size oven). Bathroom/wc. Tple bedrm (dble & sgle bed). Travel cot & high chair (on request). Heating. Shared w/machine. Enclosed courtyard. Private terrace & lawn with garden furniture & bbq. Shared grounds with swings & table tennis. Cleaning charge is per hour. The Pool: 10m x 5m and 1.5m - 2.5m deep. In partly covered building & heated. Open May - Oct and shared with other gite.

A visit to Cognac is, of course, a must. Originally a thriving river port dealing in wine, the residents started distilling basic eau de vie and the rest is history. The town also holds a daily market.
