Charming cottage adjoining barn & owners in quiet hamlet. Many original features, beams, stone, tiles. Entrance through rustic kitchen (3 steps down) with d/washer & w/machine. Comfortable lounge/diner. Open tread stairs to 1st flr with shower room, wc & 2 bedrms - dble & tple (large sgle bed & bunks - low beams). Metal cot, high chair. Tv (request from owner). Electric heating. Large garden (lovely views of fields - sunflowers, cereals, vines) with lawn, furniture, 2 loungers, bbq, table tennis. The Pool: 7m x 3.5m and 1.5m deep, heated, with safety cover. Occasionally shared with owners. Open end Apr to end Sept.
The picturesque old town of Jonzac, nearby, overlooks the river Seugne & has a twice-weekly market as well as a good choice of shops, restaurants & an exciting new aquapark (indoor & outdoor).
