Sitting/dining room with fireplace, tv/video and kitchen area with exposed beams and French window to terrace (m/wave, f/freezer). Utility room (w/machine, d/washer). Wc. 1st floor has sitting area (landing), bathroom/wc and a dble and twin bedrm. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Electric heating. Garden with patio, furniture, bbq. Enclosed courtyard. Cleaning charge is per hour.

Fishing available in river (trout & pike), permit required. 2 bicycles available (lady and gent's) and a boat for use on river (owners will provide life jackets). A Thursday & Sunday market is held in Aulnay (10k) There is a freshwater lake at St Jean d'Angély (18k) for swimming and games.
