Pleasant semi-detached property adjoining store room in rural hamlet, close to friendly owners' house on farmland (cereal, vineyards). Spacious sitting/dining room with exposed beams and tv. Kitchen/diner with d/washer, m/wave & f/freezer. Utility room (w/machine). Shower room. Wc. Dble and twin bedrm with exposed beams. Open tread stairs to mezzanine with dble bed. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Oil fired c/heating (free). Large garden partly shared with owners with furniture, bbq and swings. Cleaning charge is per hour.

Owners who are wine producers will organise tastings of pineau, a local liqueur made from cognac and grape juice. Jonzac has a plan d'eau for swimming and holds a Tuesday and Saturday market on the place du Marché.
