Living room with kitchen/dining area (f/freezer, d/washer, m/wave) and sitting area with dvd + tv screen, armchairs & exposed beams. Utility room (w/machine). 1st floor has bath/shower/wc & 2 bedrms - 1 dble & 1 tple (sgle & bunk beds). Duvets. Travel cot, high chair, stairgate. Babysitting (book in advance) 10 euros per hour. Electric heaters. Covered terrace with garden furniture & bbq. Shared grounds with small fenced fishpond. The Pool: 10m x 5m and 1.2m - 2m deep, fenced. 50m from property it is open from May to September, weather permitting. Shared with the owners and other holiday home.

This quiet, relaxed setting is close to the town of Ribérac, on the river Dronne, where you can hire a canoe, go fishing or enjoy sitting in a waterside café or restaurant. A market is held each Wednesday & Friday. Amongst the many other charming towns and villages to visit locally are Brantôme and Aubeterre
