Duvets. W/machine. Heating. Outbuilding (spin dryer, 3 old bicycles including 1 for child). Cleaning option is hourly charge. Private Pool: 8m x 4m, a minimum of 1m deep, with safety alarm. Available June to mid Sept.

This lovely house is in an ideal walking area in the Lot countryside, near the dramatic Célé valley, 40 minutes from the medieval town of Cahors.

August 2007 Location

We loved the local area - Figeac is a beautiful lively town and the Marché Nocturne was great. It was also excellent to be able to explore further afield with visits to the Tarn Gorges, Millau Viaduct & Walibi Aquitaine as well as canoeing on the Lot at St Cirq Lapopie (touristy but lovely).

Thanks to the owners for the use of their lovely gite and thanks to Jim and Lesley for their very friendly welcome. Although we arrived late in the season we were able to use the pool the day after we arrived and we we have eaten or sat outside for an early drink on most evenings.
