Entrance via fenced terrace/patio area (garden furniture & bbq) into pleasant living room with French windows, exposed beams, small kitchen/dining area (f/freezer, m/wave) & sitting area with sofa & easy chairs. Steep narrow stairs from living room down to ground floor with shower/wc & 2 bedrms - 1 dble, 1 twin. Duvets. Electric heaters. Use of owners' enclosed garden with pool. The Pool: 9m x 4.5m and 1m - 1.5m deep. 40m from property, it is unheated and has safety cover. Shared with owners (rarely) and open May to Sept, weather permitting.

There's a wonderful, family-run restaurant 5 mins walk away, specialising in duck but also serving vegetarian dishes. Cognac (brandy houses), the beautiful wine village of St Emilion & the Friday market in Ribérac are all worth a visit. Previous guests have also told us the indoor market at nearby Villebois is fantastic!
