Open tread stairs to 1st floor dble & twin (narrow beds) bedrms, shower, wc. Travel cot (<2yrs) & highchair. W/machine. Electric heating. Shared courtyard. Large garden with lawn, furniture & bbq. 4 sun loungers. The Pool: 10m x 5m and 0.80m - 2.5m deep. Shared with owner, it is about 6m from the gite, alarmed & solar heated. Open mid May to mid Sept, weather permitting.

The restored old quarter of Chinon could be a medieval film set. The Rue Voltaire is lined with fine 15th and 16th century houses. Nº 44 is the Vieux-Chinon museum and Nº 12 the Musée Animé du Vin.
