Detached gite in large enclosed grounds, close to owners' house. Peaceful, fairly isolated setting, 300m from stream (fishing). Large, comfortable living room with woodburner, tv, French window to garden & lovely fitted kitchen area (m/wave, d/washer). Small laundry room (w/machine). Shower/wc. 1st floor has beautiful bathroom (corner bath), wc & 4 pretty bedrms - 3 dbles (1 with king size bed) & 1 tple with 3 sgle beds. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Underfloor heating. Lawn, garden furniture, bbq, basketball net & swings. Cleaning charge is obligatory. The Pool: 10.4m x 4.8m, 1.1m to 1.4m deep. Alarmed, heated & shared with owners. Open mid May to end Sept.

Owners will organise tasting & purchasing of the local Vouvray wine. Descartes (1.5k) holds a market on Thurs & Sun.
