Oil fired c/heating. Garden with lawn, furniture, bbq, swings & table tennis. Garage. The Pool: 11m x 5m and 1m to 1.8m deep. Alarmed, fenced & open mid May to end Sept. Shared with owners.

Hard tennis court available all year on site (shared with owner's children). Fishing also available all year in pond (300m) for roach, carp, tench & pike. No permit required.
